Individual Sessions
I offer private yoga - both in-person and virtually - to help you feel better, live better, and do better. We will collaboratively determine your goals and customize our sessions to deepen physical and emotional awareness. Each session unlocks new possibilities for growth and healing. ​

Student and Faculty Programs
THRIVE is a customizable on-campus program for college students and faculty. We teach students skills for: managing stress, cultivating self-awareness and growth, and creating a vibrant and supportive learning community. We offer faculty a space for renewal, with tools to amplify energy and vitality.
Melissa's challenging yet generously encouraging demeanor during my first 60 Minute Hot Power flow gave me the courage and the determination to stay in the room that day, and come back again and again. Melissa is also in tune to the universe (which is a big deal) and in tune to the hearts and feelings of those she teaches (an even bigger deal) and so her class is filled with as much encouragement as it is a challenging flow.
