On-Campus Programs
THRIVE is a customizable on-campus (or virtual) program suitable for both college students and faculty.
The components of the program include mindfulness, yoga, meditation, and community-building. Together, they provide a framework for well-being: specific ways for students and teachers to tap into their individual strengths, nourish themselves, and connect to one another.
It is widely accepted that academic achievement and professional success are strengthened by emotional and physical well-being. This program provides a holistic toolkit, eliciting trust and support, and contributing to a more robust. vibrant and inclusive academic environment.
