Why Yoga?
The ancient system of yoga provides us with a manual - a blueprint - for living well. It is a transformative approach to health and healing. In essence, yoga offers an opportunity to tap into the best versions of ourselves. And who doesn't want that?!
I offer a holistic program – based on principles of yoga – aimed at helping my clients be present, make good choices, align to what's important, and live by design. 


The physical practice of yoga creates an experience of vitality and embodiment in the here-and-now that most of us lack in our daily life. How often do we not realize how we got from point A to point B, or find ourselves scrolling through social media, or eating mindlessly to distract ourselves from stress, discomfort or even boredom? The principles of yoga bring us back to ourselves by using our body and breath to quiet our racing minds, settle our nervous systems, and attend to where -- and how -- we are, right now. 


My wish for you is to have the skills to be truly present in any moment, be ready to meet whatever feelings arise, and create your own unique path.
As you awaken to what matters to you, expect to get curious about how you're showing up for yourself and others in the world -- curious to discover whether you are consistently working to become your best version of yourself at this moment, what you're modeling for others, and how you are taking a stance.
Practicing yoga is the opposite of being numb. It will light you up and allow you to be fully alive in your own skin - to know what you stand for and to share it with confidence and conviction.
